A woman's ovulation period is a few days after her menstrual period

How can I know which day of the menstrual period is the ovulation period? Generally, the ovulation period is seven days before and eight days after the menstrual period. If the woman has regular menstruation, the ovulation period is generally the same few days and there will not be a big change. Therefore, you should always make an ovulation schedule so that you can understand the time and regularity of your ovulation period.

Ovulation and ovulation period

1. Ovulation calendar optimization algorithm: According to the expected date of next menstruation, calculate forward 14 days, which is the ovulation period. If the menstruation is on 11/16 and the menstrual cycle is 31 days, then the next menstruation is on 12/16, and the ovulation period is 12/16-14 days = 12/2 is the ovulation period. And 2-3 days before ovulation, there will be stringy leucorrhea, which indicates that ovulation is coming. Therefore, try to have sex on the ovulation day to increase the chance of pregnancy.

2. Ovulation temperature method: Measure your body temperature before dawn every day and keep a record. If the temperature rises by more than 0.6 degrees on one day and continues, it may be the ovulation period.

3. Secretion Metabolism Metal Drawing Method

4. Ovulation test paper method

Ovulation test strips predict whether it is the ovulation period by testing the highest level of "progesterone converted to growth hormone" in women. A normal woman's body contains a small amount of progesterone. In the middle and late stages of her menstrual period, her secretion of "progesterone converted to growth hormone" increases rapidly, forming a peak, and within the next 28 hours, it stimulates the release of perfect eggs, which is the ovulation period. Therefore, ovulation test strips can enable women to predict when is the best time to become pregnant or take contraceptive measures.

When the strip-like secretion is discharged, there will be a slippery feeling. It is different from the excessive leucorrhea caused by vaginitis and cervical erosion. The former is clear and translucent, odorless, and more than 95% of it is water; the latter is yellowish pus-like or cheesy, and makes the private parts itchy and uncomfortable, and often has a peculiar smell. During ovulation, the secretion of cervical mucus lasts for about 2 to 3 days, which is the time when the lower body feels the coldest.

It is recommended to start testing on the tenth day of menarche, and test once a day with an ovulation test strip. If you find that it is gradually getting stronger, you need to increase the frequency of testing, preferably once every 4 hours, try to measure a strong positive, and grasp the moment after the strong positive. Ovulation occurs after the strong positive. If you find a strong positive result soon, it means that the egg is about to hatch, so you need to do it as soon as possible! Within 24 hours of the ovulation period, you cannot drink water 2 hours before taking the ovulation test. Do not use morning urine for testing, it is best to test between 10-20 o'clock.

In addition, it is necessary to have eggs during the ovulation period, and then add sperm to fertilize them, so that sperm and egg can combine and pregnancy can occur.

Counting from the first day of your period, 14 days forward is your ovulation period of this month. The 2 days before and after this day, or 5 days, are the dangerous period of pregnancy. The rest of these 5 days are the safe period of menstruation. However, calculating the safe period of menstruation is not foolproof. You must ensure that your menstrual cycle is very regular and on time every month. You can make a detailed ovulation plan every month.
