Best time for women to conceive

Best time for women to conceive

As time goes by, people become busier and busier, and the originally simple issue of fertility has become a dilemma for many women. Many women are physically and mentally healthy, and their partners are in good health, but they can never get pregnant. What is the reason? In fact, this is mainly because they do not grasp the best period for conception. Let's talk about the best time for women to get pregnant each month.

The best time for women to get pregnant each month

Generally speaking, women are more likely to get pregnant within two or three days before and after ovulation. For women with a 28-day menstrual cycle, ovulation should occur on the 14th day of the menstrual cycle (almost from the first day of the menstrual period). Therefore, the possibility of ovulation is greater from the 11th to the 15th day of the menstrual cycle.

If the menstrual cycle is 30 or 32 days, ovulation may occur on the 16th or 18th day of the menstrual cycle. However, this method of calculation is not applicable to women with irregular menstrual cycles. At this time, other methods can be used to estimate the ovulation time. It is common to use the changes in body temperature during ovulation and female secretions during the menstrual cycle to help grasp the time of ovulation.

First of all, during ovulation, the body temperature may rise by about 0.5℃, and the ovulation time can be grasped by analyzing the body temperature curve.

Secondly, during ovulation, under the influence of estrogen secreted by the uterus and ovaries, the cervix relaxes, the amount of cervical mucus secretions increases, the pH is alkaline, the texture is thinner, the water content is 95%~98%, the mucus is transparent and clear, and the thickness is about 10 cm. All of this is conducive to the passage of sperm through the cervix into the uterine cavity. After 2~3 days, this ovulation period is the time when women are most likely to become pregnant, which is also the "fertile period".

How to grasp the time of female ovulation

Menstrual cycle: The ovulation period of most women is about 14 days before the next menarche. The 2 to 3 days before and after the ovulation period are the fertile period. However, women's ovulation period is often affected by various factors including symptoms, mentality and environment. This method is not suitable for women with irregular menstrual cycles.

Method for measuring body temperature during ovulation: Under the influence of estrogen, the body temperature of women of childbearing age will change during ovulation along with the changes in the ovulation cycle. Before ovulation, the body temperature is around 36.5℃; after ovulation, the body temperature can rise by 0.3~0.5℃. The whole process of human body temperature rising from low to high represents the occurrence of ovulation. The 3 days when the basal body temperature rises are considered the fertile period. Using the ovulation temperature measurement method, you can measure your temperature before waking up, and after accumulating it for a period of time, draw a graph and keep it in a report. However, attention should be paid to the impact of illness and other conditions on human body temperature.

Observation of cervical mucus: The metabolism of women's cervical mucus will change with the changes in estrogen. Within 48 hours before and after ovulation, the estrogen level rises, the concentration of cervical mucus decreases, it is transparent, like egg white, and the amount increases, so the vagina becomes abnormally moist. This period of time is the fertile period. At the end of the ovulation period, estrogen levels decrease, cervical mucus secretion decreases, viscosity increases, and the vagina returns to a relatively dry state. However, attention should be paid to the effect of gynecological inflammation on cervical mucus metabolism.
