How to reduce morning sickness and nausea

In the early stages of pregnancy, many pregnant women are vomiting models! On average, 3 out of 4 pregnant women experience nausea, vomiting, retching or vomiting during pregnancy. In order to defeat the "troublemaker" of morning sickness, pregnant mothers have tried their best and tried every possible means. So, how can they effectively alleviate morning sickness and allow pregnant mothers to happily get through the early stages of pregnancy?

1. Eat small meals frequently. In the early stages of pregnancy, the fetus will consume a lot of nutrients. Pregnant mothers can choose what they like to eat, be careful not to overeat, try to limit the amount of each meal, and eat small meals frequently. Drink more water and eat more foods containing vitamins.

2. Eat more authentic ingredients. In the early stages of pregnancy, you can eat more foods rich in carbohydrates, such as soda crackers, bananas and so on. In addition, rice, plain yogurt, lemon juice, melon, etc. can also reduce morning sickness. Avoid eating high-fat, greasy, spicy, and fried foods, as these foods will irritate the digestive tract and cause morning sickness.

3. Make good use of green lemon. The refreshing aroma and smell of green lemon can help many pregnant mothers relieve morning sickness. You can drop a small amount of lemon water on a handkerchief and use it immediately when you smell a pungent smell.

4. Divert attention. Moderate exercise can relieve morning sickness, and participating in some brisk activities, such as outdoor strolls, doing prenatal exercises, etc., can improve mood, strengthen the body, and relieve early pregnancy reactions.

5. Use medication safely. For pregnant women who are often unable to eat due to nausea and retching, doctors will allow them to take a small amount of vitamin B26 to stop vomiting. But be careful not to take it in excess for a long time, otherwise the fetus will easily become dependent on it.

PS: Although morning sickness generally does not affect health, 1% of pregnant women will experience very serious symptoms, causing dehydration and weight loss. If a pregnant mother experiences dehydration, dizziness, rapid heartbeat or frequent vomiting, cannot eat, or has blood in her stool, she must go to the hospital immediately.
