How to use Dydrogesterone tablets and how much to use

Menstrual pain

From the 5th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone orally twice a day, each tablet weighing 250g.

amenorrhea

From days 1 to 25 of the menstrual cycle, take estradiol once a day. From the 11th to 25th day of the menstrual cycle, dydrogesterone is used in combination, twice a day, 1 tablet each time, 1 tablet is 1b250g.

Abnormal menstrual period

Women with early menstrual syndrome and irregular menstruation should take dydrogesterone orally twice a day from the 11th to 25th day of the menstrual cycle, 1 tablet each time, 1 tablet weighing 250g.

Endometriosis

From the 5th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take dydrogesterone orally 2-3 times a day, one tablet of dydrogesterone each time, one tablet weighs 1250g.

Infertility caused by insufficient endogenous progesterone

On the 14th to 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone orally every day, one tablet weighs 250g.

The treatment should last for at least 6 consecutive cycles. It is recommended to continue using this method of treatment in the first few months of pregnancy. The dosage should refer to the dosage for the treatment of habitual miscarriage.

Threatened abortion

The starting and ending dosage is 4 tablets of dydrogesterone taken orally once, which is 40 mg of dydrogesterone. Then take 1 tablet of 250g of dydrogesterone every 8 hours until the symptoms subside.

Habitual abortion

Take progesterone orally twice a day, 1 tablet each time, 1 tablet 250g, until the 20th week of pregnancy.
