3. Irregularity after the first menstrual period is normal

After the first menstruation, some girls may have their second menstruation several months, six months or even a year later. This is not a pathological condition and they will have their menstruation on time every day in the future. Each menstrual bleeding lasts about 5 days, which is the physiological period. Generally, each menstrual flow is 10 to 100 ml, with an average of 50 ml. Bleeding is heaviest on the second and third days. During the menstrual period, due to pelvic congestion, you may sometimes experience dizziness, tinnitus, craving for popsicles, mild abdominal pain, back pain, breast pain, poor appetite, etc. These are all normal.
