Can girls have sex just after menstruation?

It is best to wait at least three days after your menstrual period ends before having sex. There are three main aspects of the harm of sexual intercourse during menstruation: First, during the menstrual period, the uterine cavity is constantly discharged with menstrual blood. Having sex at this time will cause great psychological pressure on women and cause psychological shadows on women. Second, because there is menstruation in the uterine cavity, when sexual intercourse reaches sexual pleasure, it will cause uterine contractions, which may cause menstrual blood to flow back into the uterus.

Menstruation is a physiological cyclical period that occurs in some reproductive female humans, apes, and other animals. Cows, horses, female camels, pigs, and sheep also have periods, and some mammals experience estrus cycles in person. In mating and breeding female primates, every month or so, the uterine wall undergoes independent thickening, blood vessel proliferation, glandular duct metabolism, and the uterine wall collapses and falls off with the regular changes of bleeding. This regular vaginal discharge or uterine bleeding is called menstruation. The blood discharged during menstruation is also called menstruation.

The menstrual period is regulated by the interaction between the reproductive hormones of the hypothalamus-pituitary gland, the cerebral pituitary gland and the ovaries. During the menstrual period and reproductive period of the menstrual cycle, the levels of estradiol and progesterone in the blood are very low, which weakens or eliminates the negative feedback effect on the adenohypophysis and hypothalamus-pituitary gland, causing the hypothalamus-pituitary gland to increase the secretion of hormones that promote the release of gonadal hormones, thereby causing the secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone and progesterone by the adenohypophysis to increase, thereby causing the uterus to develop and the secretion of female hormones to gradually increase.

At this time, estrogen stimulates the uterine wall to enter the reproductive period. Progesterone increases estrogen metabolism, causing ovulation. Among them, the levels of estrogen and oestrogen increased. This causes a negative feedback inhibition on the hypothalamus-pituitary and adenohypophysis, thereby reducing the levels of ovulation-stimulating hormone and progesterone, causing progesterone decline, and thus a decrease in estrogen and estradiol levels. The uterine wall loses the function of these two hormones and sheds and bleeds, which is menstruation. At this time, the decrease of female hormones and estrogens starts the next menstrual cycle.
