Mitigation methods

When exercising, try to breathe in longer and deeper. Short, sharp breaths can cause your muscles to work too much.

Exercising without warming up is most likely to cause side rib pain.

You can do exercise 45 to 60 minutes after a meal.

If you want to exercise, why not eat small amounts and avoid spicy food.

Make sure to drink enough water.

Don't drink alcohol before exercising, as alcohol has a diuretic effect and can cause dehydration.
