How long does it take to stop brown discharge?

Once you are pregnant, the first three months are actually the dangerous period. If your body is weak, miscarriage is very likely to occur. For mothers, if there has been a threat of miscarriage, they must pay attention to preserving the fetus in the early stages of pregnancy. To protect the fetus, you must first maintain a regular life, a reasonable diet, and also pay attention to personal hygiene. Of course, a happy mood is also a key factor in determining the growth and development of the fetus in the womb.

Clinically, we call the spontaneous termination of pregnancy within 28 weeks of pregnancy when the embryo cannot continue to develop as spontaneous abortion. A miscarriage that ends within 12 weeks is called an early miscarriage, a miscarriage that ends between 12 and 28 weeks is called a late miscarriage, and more than three consecutive miscarriages are called habitual miscarriages.

The main causes of spontaneous abortion are embryonic diseases and maternal diseases. Embryo disorders include:

⒈ The embryo itself has defects and dies when it develops to a certain extent, and miscarriage usually occurs in about two months.

⒉ Placental abnormalities, the fetus often dies due to blood circulation disorders, and miscarriage often occurs in the second half of the pregnancy. Maternal diseases include: 1. Progesterone deficiency. 2. Vitamin deficiency, such as vitamin E, K, C, etc.

⒊ Abnormalities of reproductive organs, such as abnormal uterine development, uterine malformation, uterine fibroids, etc.

⒋Acute and chronic diseases, such as gastroenteritis, urinary tract infection, etc.

5. Sexually transmitted diseases, such as gonorrhea, syphilis, etc.

⒍Emotional injuries, such as mental fear, emotional tension, etc.

For women with a history of habitual miscarriage, prenatal care is particularly important.

Except for pregnant women with pregnancy complications such as miscarriage, premature birth, and multiple pregnancies, doctors usually advise pregnant women to engage in a fixed amount of exercise every day to maintain their health and physical strength. General gymnastics, swimming and mild ball games are all within the permitted range, and outdoor outings and picnics are also fine. Sports that are too intense or dangerous, such as football, basketball, rock climbing, and the 100-meter sprint, should be avoided.
