3. Wearing an IUD may cause endometrial fibrosis

When foreign objects appear in the human body, it can cause local tissue mechanical damage, chronic inflammation, and fibrosis. When wearing an IUD, a contraceptive ring must be placed in the body, and the IUD is also a foreign object in the body, so wearing an IUD may also cause endometrial fibrosis.
