Cervical health is related to women's reproductive function. If you do not pay attention to the health of your private parts, many women will face the trouble of gynecological diseases. The symptoms are mainly manifested as unbearable itching of the lower body and abnormal leucorrhea. In severe cases, it will turn into cervical erosion, thus facing the risk of cervical cancer. Therefore, regular cervical examinations are very necessary. If cervical cin level 3 appears in the examination report, what does it mean? 1. Is cervical cin level 3 cervical cancer? High-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) includes CIN2, CIN3 and cervical carcinoma in situ, which manifests as thick acetowhite epithelium with clear boundaries and is located near the squamous-columnar junction; invasive cervical carcinoma manifests as an irregular surface of acetowhite epithelium and a thick and brittle mass. IN is a precancerous lesion closely related to invasive cervical cancer. It is divided into CIN1, CIN2 and CIN3 from mild to severe according to cell maturity and nuclear atypia. 2. Symptoms and signs of cervical cancer 2.1. Vaginal bleeding. Young patients often present with contact bleeding, which occurs during sexual intercourse, gynecological examinations and after defecation. The amount of bleeding can be more or less, generally depending on the size of the lesion and the extent of invasion of the interstitial blood vessels. In the early stage, the amount of bleeding is small, while in the late stage, the lesion is larger and manifests as heavy bleeding. 2.2. Vaginal discharge. Patients often complain of increased vaginal discharge, which is white or bloody, thin like water or rice soup, and has a fishy smell. In the late stage, due to the rupture of cancerous tissue, tissue necrosis, secondary infection, etc., a large amount of purulent or rice soup-like foul-smelling leucorrhea is discharged. 3. Pathological causes of cervical cancer Human herpes virus type 2 (HSV-2), because HSV-2 antibody tests are positive in 80% to 100% of patients with invasive cervical cancer; human papillomavirus (HPV), HPV-specific antigen testing of various cervical cancer tissues indicates that the incidence of cervical cancer is related to HPV infection; human cytomegalovirus (CMV), there have been reports both at home and abroad that the serum CMV antibody titers of patients with atypical hyperplasia of cervical precancerous lesions are high. Misunderstandings about Cervical Cancer 1. Myth 1: HPV infection = cervical cancer. The occurrence of cervical cancer is closely related to a virus called human papillomavirus (HPV). Studies have shown that persistent infection with high-risk types of human papillomavirus is a necessary factor for the occurrence of cervical cancer and its precancerous lesions. This virus can be detected in the vast majority of cervical cancer patients. Any sexually active woman may be infected with the HPV virus through sexual contact. 2. Myth 2: Cervical erosion can turn into cancer. Many women have the misunderstanding that cervical erosion can cause cervical cancer, and therefore they are very afraid of cervical erosion. There is actually no necessary connection between the two. Medically speaking, when the columnar epithelium in the female cervical canal turns outward and replaces the squamous epithelium of the cervix, the doctor will find that the cervix is locally congested and appears red during examination, which is called "cervical erosion." Erosion is not really "rotten". It can be a physiological phenomenon. Under the action of estrogen, the columnar epithelium in the cervical canal of women of childbearing age turns outward and replaces the squamous epithelium of the cervix, presenting an "erosive" appearance. How to prevent cervical cancer 1. Pay attention to vaginal bleeding: If a female friend enters the menstrual period, there will be vaginal bleeding, which is normal, but you need to pay attention to the amount of menstruation. If the bleeding is too much and lasts for a long time, or there is bleeding after sexual intercourse, then female friends should go to the hospital for examination and treatment as soon as possible to find the cause and then treat it in time. 2. Late marriage and late childbearing: Under normal circumstances, premature childbirth will also cause women to suffer from cervical diseases. When women accidentally damage the uterus during childbirth, the body's resistance will decrease, which will lead to some cervical diseases. If women do not go to a regular hospital for treatment in time, then after the disease recovers, cervical cancer will occur, so women should not give birth too early. 3. Avoid multiple gynecological surgeries: If female friends often undergo abortions, gynecological tumor surgeries and other larger surgeries, it will harm the female uterus. If female friends undergo multiple gynecological surgeries, it will cause great damage to the cervix. |
