What is the difference between micro-tube visual abortion and painless abortion?

If you get pregnant unexpectedly after sex and you do not plan to have a child for the time being, you usually need to go to the hospital for an abortion in time to terminate the pregnancy. With the continuous development of medical technology, abortion surgery has also undergone great changes. Compared with traditional abortion surgery, abortion surgery can reduce the harm to women's bodies. When some women are having an abortion, the doctor tells them that there are two types of abortion: micro-tube visual abortion and painless abortion. What is the difference between micro-tube visual abortion and painless abortion?

The difference between micro-tube visual abortion and painless abortion

The difference between visual abortion and painless abortion is that one is performed in a visible state and the other is performed painlessly. There is no difference in the abortion. However, visual abortion itself uses B-ultrasound monitoring to see whether the embryo in the uterine cavity has been completely sucked out. However, abortion is not painless. Even if the patient is conscious, he or she will still feel pain during the operation.

Painless abortion refers to performing the operation on the patient under anesthesia while the patient is sleeping. In this way, the patient is in a sleeping state throughout the whole process and will not feel any pain. However, since there is no B-ultrasound monitoring, we can only judge whether the scraping is clean based on the doctor's experience.

Things to note for painless abortion

1. It is recommended to rest in bed for 2 weeks after the operation. If conditions do not permit, you should rest in bed for at least 2-3 days. You can get out of bed and move around later, gradually increasing the time you spend on activities. Do not engage in heavy physical labor within half a month after the abortion.

2. Nutrition should be replenished in time after surgery. Especially protein, iron, and vitamin B12, which are necessary raw materials for blood production, while vitamin C, water, minerals and fiber are essential nutrients for the human body. After an abortion, you should eat more protein-rich foods such as fish, meat, eggs, and bean products, and fresh vegetables rich in vitamins to speed up your body's recovery.

3. Observe the bleeding after the operation. If vaginal bleeding lasts for more than one week after abortion or if you experience symptoms such as lower abdominal pain, fever, or abnormal leucorrhea, you should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time.

4. Contraception must be adhered to for a period of time after the operation. After miscarriage, the ovarian and uterine functions gradually recover and the ovaries ovulate on schedule. If you don't insist on taking contraceptive measures, you will get pregnant again soon, which will have a greater impact on your body.

5. Psychological adjustment is very important for women after surgery. Many women become anxious or self-pitying after a miscarriage. They feel that they are not getting enough care and worry about the impact on their future health. In fact, proper care and understanding as well as dietary adjustments can help them untie the knot and restore their happiness and self-confidence.
