Genital warts in women are epithelial cell proliferation space-occupying lesions caused by human papillomavirus infection and are one of the main reproductive tract infections. Growth location: private parts, vagina, cervix, around anus, usually occurs in 2 locations at the same time, some manifest as dark red or gray rashes, wart-like protrusions, often combined with cauliflower-like growths, sexual history, use 5% acetic acid to apply the affected skin to whiten.

The incubation period of pseudocondyloma is 3 days to 3 weeks. It is self-limited and generally asymptomatic. Some patients may experience local itching. It is often distributed symmetrically on both sides of the labia. It is rare for two sites to occur at the same time. The lesions appear as caviar or pearl-like rashes. Some are cystic or hairy. They do not coalesce. There is no history of promiscuity. 5% acetic acid will turn white after application. The cause of the disease is still unclear. Some people think it is related to hormone drugs, bacterial infection or other diffuse irritation.

Causes of genital warts in women

1. Poor sex life

Most of the reproductive tract infections are caused by poor sexual life. If a woman has several sexual partners, the possibility of suffering from genital warts is very high. Women who have sex at a young age are very likely to suffer from genital warts. If they suffer from genital warts at a young age, it will have a serious impact on their future fertility.

2. Low immune function

Patients with low immune function are very susceptible to certain diseases. For example, those who have lupus erythematosus, malignant tumors, kidney transplants, and those who use hormone drugs have a doubled chance of developing and recurring genital warts, and the warts are also large and difficult to treat. Patients with low immune function must be careful to protect their bodies and take various preventive measures in daily life to better prevent the occurrence of genital warts.

3. Other reproductive tract infections

Some other reproductive tract infections are also very likely to cause women to suffer from genital warts. Like gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, syphilis, bacterial infection, etc., these diseases will destroy the mucosal protective barrier, reduce the ability to resist these diseases, and make the genital environment become humid, so that viruses are easy to breed and multiply, which will cause women to have genital warts.

Clinical symptoms of condyloma acuminatum in women

Female patients are greatly harmed by condyloma acuminatum. When condyloma acuminatum occurs in the private parts of women, the most typical symptom is that there are a few light red, very soft and tiny papules in the early stage of the disease. Later, with the development of the disease, the papules will further change and become larger, and the papules will merge or overlap, and the surface looks very uneven, like a wart. Because some parts are very cold and damp and have chronic irritation, the warts will quickly grow and eventually become different sizes, such as nipple-like, cauliflower-like, cockscomb-like or mushroom-like. These warts are very soft and will bleed easily when touched.

During the onset period of some patients with genital warts, the secretions produced are white, turbid or bright red, infiltrating the surface of the warts, causing great trouble to the daily life of female patients. The root of the wart is very narrow and has a stalk. The surface is also very moist, and exudate, erosion, and skin lesions often occur. At the same time, there are very pus-like secretions in the cracks, so it is easy to be infected by bacteria, and there is also a very strong foul smell. The symptoms that women feel are that the wound is very itchy, with a burning sensation or discomfort.
