On the male side, there are semen abnormalities, sexual dysfunction, immune factors, and excessive mental stress caused by the eagerness to have a child.

1. You must be in good health.

(1) Eat. Eat as much as you can, regardless of whether you gain weight or not, but basically avoid fried foods and cold foods, such as white radish. Similarly, cold fruits are basically not eaten, such as watermelon and cantaloupe.

(1) Menstruation.

Girls with irregular menstruation should especially do this work. It is best to remember dates using the lunar calendar. (2) Ovulation day.

Basal body temperature can only be used as a reference indicator. Ovulation cannot be judged solely by this indicator. It should be judged by combining the cervical mucus cycle calculation method, ovulation test paper test, and basal body temperature measurement. If you want to have a baby, you must know your ovulation period. It is best to calculate the ovulation day, and then concentrate on AA 2 days before and 1 day after the ovulation day. The chances of conceiving a baby will be greater.

There are many ways to calculate the ovulation day, and it will be more accurate to use ovulation test strips. Test once a day during your ovulation period, or once a day a few days before and after ovulation. On the days when the parallel bars are measured, arrange AA to effectively improve the hit rate.

Basal body temperature (BBT), also known as resting body temperature, refers to the body temperature measured after a woman has 6-8 hours of sleep, such as when she wakes up from a deep sleep in the morning and her body temperature has not yet been affected by exercise, diet or emotional changes. Basal body temperature is usually the lowest body temperature of the human body during the day. The basal body temperature of normal women of childbearing age changes cyclically, just like the menstrual cycle, and this temperature change is related to ovulation.

Monitor the ovulation day summary and arrange sexual intercourse at the right time. The chances of pregnancy are higher if you have sexual intercourse every other day during the ovulation period.

3. Make sure you relax.
