Bad temper and irritability during pregnancy

Bad temper and irritability during pregnancy

Nowadays, people are under great pressure in their daily lives, and most of them have bad tempers. But for the sake of your own body, you must control your attitude. Especially in special families like pregnant women, emotional instability will lead to poor development of the baby. Maybe many women have a very good temper when they are preparing to get pregnant, but for some unknown reason, their temper becomes bad during pregnancy. Let’s discuss the reasons why pregnant women are irritable and quick-tempered.

What are the reasons for pregnant women to be irritable?

1. Poor rest leads to emotional instability

About 50% of their bad tempers are caused by lack of rest. They will yell at their friends and scold their subordinates mercilessly because of the fatigue caused by lack of rest. The same is true for ordinary employees. Due to poor rest, 39% of them will be emotionally unstable and 19% will easily make mistakes at work.

2. Lack of exercise causes emotional instability

If you lack exercise for a long time in your daily life, you will also experience emotional instability, especially for women who don’t like sports.

3. High pressure causes emotional instability

Work pressure is also a cause of emotional instability in pregnant women. In fact, there are many ways to relieve stress in daily life.

What to do if pregnant women are emotionally unstable and irritable

1. Regulate your emotions

Pregnant mothers should learn to get rid of negative emotions on their own. When you have time, go for a walk in the park, breathe the fresh air, look at the beautiful flowers, listen to your favorite songs or appreciate beautiful pictures while chatting, or watch some interesting and cute TV series and cartoons. In short, think more about happy things, and put those things that make people unhappy away. When you want to lose your temper, think about your dear baby. Even if it is just for the product, you should not always lose your temper.

2. Adjust your mood based on the food

For example, eat less spicy food and hot food, and eat some foods that can relieve stress and make people happier, such as bananas, apples, cherries, broccoli, and foods containing vitamin B2.

If a pregnant woman has a bad temper, she should learn to take care of herself. If she is too busy at work, she can talk to her leader and make arrangements. If the pressure is too great, you must know how to release it appropriately. Then pregnant women can still look beautiful. If you dress yourself more nicely, your mood will be much better. You can also do moderate exercise and sweat, which will make you feel much better.
