Leucorrhea is a common physiological product of women. It appears in the female vagina and is the mucus produced by the vagina and uterus, which plays a certain lubricating role in the female reproductive tract. Moreover, the characteristics of leucorrhea have a strong indicative effect on women's health. Therefore, most gynecological diseases can be identified from the characteristics of leucorrhea. It can be expressed by the degree of cleanliness of leucorrhea. Let’s take a look at the four degrees of cleanliness of leucorrhea. Leucorrhea inspection cleanliness level four Indicates the health of the female vagina. Cleanliness level III means only a small amount of vaginal lactobacilli and epithelial cells are seen, but there are a large number of pus cells and other bacteria. Vaginal cleanliness is determined by examining vaginal secretion wet mounts and stained smears under a microscope to observe the cleanliness and the presence of special bacteria and cells. This can confirm the cleanliness of the vagina, determine whether the vagina is inflamed, and further diagnose the cause of the inflammation. The pH test paper shows that the acidity is unhealthy and the alkalinity is normal. Under physiological conditions, the female reproductive system has a natural protective function because of the presence of vaginal lactobacilli in the vagina, which can maintain the vagina in an acidic environment. Therefore, it is more suitable to use a feminine care solution with Ph4 weak acid formula for daily cleaning of private parts. The criteria for determining vaginal cleanliness are annotated as follows: Grade I: vaginal bacilli are predominant under the microscope, and a large number of epithelial cells can be seen; Grade II: some vaginal bacilli are present, epithelial cells can also be seen, as well as some pus cells and miscellaneous bacteria; Grade III: only a small amount of vaginal bacilli and epithelial cells are seen, but there are a large number of pus cells and other bacteria; Grade IV: There are no vaginal bacilli under the microscope, and it is almost entirely pus cells and a large number of miscellaneous bacteria. Cleanliness levels I to II are normal, while levels III to IV are abnormal. Most of the time, it is likely to be vaginitis. At the same time, pathogens such as bacteria, fungi or Trichomonas can often be found. When the ovaries are insufficient and estrogen levels are reduced, the vaginal epithelium proliferates poorly, glycogen decreases, and there are fewer vaginal bacteria, making it easy to be infected by miscellaneous bacteria, which can also deteriorate the cleanliness of the vagina. If dull pain before your period bothers you, talk to your doctor. Your doctor will prescribe some medication to help relieve the pain. If you have another type of persistent, severe pain in your lower abdomen, be sure to see a doctor for a checkup. You need to feel whether it is twitching pain, soreness, biting pain, or knife-like pain, and whether it is transmitted to the anus. |
