Most patients do not feel uncomfortable, and some feel local itching. Pseudo-condyloma patients usually have an increase in leucorrhea, which is white or colorless and transparent, and generally has no obvious odor. In order to distinguish it from genital warts, 5% acetic acid can be applied to the rash site. If it does not turn white, it is pseudo-condyloma, otherwise, it is genital warts. In addition, papillomavirus antigen test can be performed, and pseudo-condyloma patients are all negative. The cause of pseudo-condyloma is still unclear. Some people believe that it is a physiological variation or related to the presence of Candida in the vulva and vagina. Others believe that pseudo-condyloma is caused by the proliferation of chronic diseases, which may be the result of long-term stimulation of vaginal secretions.
