How to treat breast tuberculosis

How to treat breast tuberculosis

Breast nodules are a disease caused by breast inflammation or blocked milk ducts. Patients with breast nodules often feel chest pain and feel obvious tingling when pressed lightly. This phenomenon generally requires going to the hospital for excision and treatment. It is impossible to completely recover relying solely on the body's own immune system. It may also make the condition worse. How should breast tuberculosis be treated?

Breast tuberculosis requires systemic antituberculosis treatment. If the lump cannot be eliminated after systemic anti-tuberculosis treatment, surgical removal of the lesion can be performed, and breast removal should generally be avoided. Patients with primary lesions still need to continue anti-tuberculosis treatment after surgery. Breast tuberculosis is a benign disease with a good prognosis after active and regular treatment. It is often secondary to pulmonary tuberculosis, intestinal tuberculosis or mesenteric lymph node tuberculosis, and is caused by blood-borne transmission to the breast. It is rare in clinical practice. It mostly occurs in women aged 20 to 40 and has a slow course. In the early stage, there is one or several nodules in the breast, which are painless or tender, with unclear boundaries from the surrounding tissues, often with skin adhesions, and the ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes may be enlarged.

Breast hyperplasia is a chronic disease. Due to long-term stagnation of qi and blood stasis, it needs to be slowly adjusted and treated. Some patients take the medicine for a period of time and recover, but stop taking the medicine on their own, which results in the disease being prolonged and recurring. If you suffer from breast hyperplasia, the best way to treat local lesions is surgical resection, which can usually achieve definite therapeutic effects. In addition, it is particularly important to make differential diagnoses to prevent misdiagnosis.

The first choice is surgical treatment, followed by postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy. At the same time, long-term use of anti-cancer Chinese medicine is recommended. Currently, the treatment effect for breast cancer is ideal. If you actively cooperate with the treatment, the disease can be well treated. With the advancement of medical technology, there are now many surgical methods. If your physical condition meets the requirements, you can also undergo breast-conserving surgery, which can preserve a better appearance without affecting the treatment effect. If you really don't want to have the tumor removed, you can only use chemotherapy and Chinese medicine together, but the risk is greater than surgery.
