In addition, the systemic and local resistance is relatively low during menstruation. If a vaginal examination is performed at this time, bacterial infection is very likely to occur, which is very bad for health.

Best time

The best time to perform a uterine examination is between 3 and 7 days after the end of menstruation. At this time, the old endometrium has been shed, the new endometrium has just begun to grow, and the thickness of the endometrium is moderate. Performing the operation at this time will not damage the endometrium and cause excessive bleeding. However, if there is persistent irregular vaginal bleeding, or sudden heavy bleeding accompanied by abdominal pain, fainting, or swelling, you should not mechanically wait for the menstruation to end, so as not to delay the disease.
