Acne on female reproductive organs

The female reproductive organ is one of the most important organs of the female body, and it has very high requirements for physical health. However, some friends do not pay attention to it. When they find pimples on their reproductive organs, they think about what to do. So, what should we do if pimples appear on the female reproductive organs? Let me introduce to you what to do if pimples appear on the female reproductive organs.

What to do with folliculitis

Folliculitis occurs at the opening of the hair follicles, with a needle-sized to mung bean-sized itchy red hair follicle rash. A small yellow-white pus point appears on the top of the papule, surrounded by inflammatory red, and surrounded by hair follicles in the center. The papules appear more frequently, scattered and combined with each other, with slight pain and obvious itching. Generally, there are no systemic symptoms. After a few days, the pus point ulcerates and discharges a small amount of pus to gradually heal. If the disease recurs, it will last for several weeks.

What to do: Choose 1 to 2 kinds of fresh dandelions, plantain, magnolia leaves, purslane, and angelica sinensis, mash them into a paste and apply it to the wound, 1 to 2 times a day.

What to do if you have a vestibular gland cyst

Vulvar acne may be caused by vestibular gland cysts. The entrance and exit of the greater vestibular glands are located on the inner side of the labia, and bacteria can easily invade and cause inflammation.

Characteristics: The cyst is mostly seen on one side, but can also be bilateral. The outer skin appearance is normal. The cyst is located in the area of the Bartholin's glands between the frenulum and the back of the vulva. It is crescent-shaped, oval or circular. The cyst is significantly protruding on both sides of the labia majora. The labia majora of the affected limb are spread out. The cyst is mobile and has no obvious tenderness. When sexual indulgence is excessive, the cyst will expand rapidly.

What to do: If it is a smaller vestibular gland cyst, no surgical treatment is required, and regular follow-up is required; a very large cyst requires surgical treatment. After the operation, take a bath in a basin with a 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution, and you can use antibiotics protectively or use 2% iodine tincture disinfectant and 0.5% ornidazole solution for cleaning alternately. Seal with iodine disinfectant cotton wool and replace it every 2 to 3 days.

What to do about genital warts

Vulvar acne may be caused by human papillomavirus infection, called condyloma acuminatum, which is common in the upper 1/3 and lower 1/3 of the vagina. The main manifestation of damage is raised, dense white protrusions, and sometimes a raised avascular keratinized soft plaque.

What to do: There are many different treatments for genital warts. The current common methods include: surgical treatment, cold treatment, laser surgery, electrocautery, microwave treatment, β-radiation therapy, drug therapy, immunotherapy, etc. Genital warts are a serious sexually transmitted disease. Once discovered, you should go to the hospital for reliable treatment immediately. It is not recommended to treat it on your own.

Traditional Chinese medicine treatment method: Use Polygonum cuspidatum, Gentiana scabra, Coptis chinensis, White Peony Root, Pomegranate Peel, Alum, Curcuma zedoaria, Lithospermum officinale, decoct 2000ml of water and clean the warts for 15-20 minutes, twice a day.

Latent condyloma acuminatum

Latent condyloma acuminatum is caused by common Trichomonas vaginitis. Because the leucorrhea often has an odor and is irritating, it is called pseudo-condyloma acuminatum. Pseudo-condyloma is a very common private manifestation, which manifests as velvety or villous protrusions on the inner side of the labia, which may be light pink or slightly transparent, caviar-like, and relatively uniform in size, with no active symptoms.

What to do: Isatis root, Fritillaria thunbergii, Tiger stick, Lithospermum officinale, Poria, Adenophora stellaria, Artemisia capillaris, Curcuma zedoaria, White peony root, Gentiana scabra, Coix seed, Licorice. Take one dose daily, decocted in water. It can eliminate dampness, clear heat, detoxify, and eliminate toxins and resolve stagnation.
