practice:

1. Prepare a clean crucian carp and marinate it with ginger and cooking wine for 3-5 minutes;

2. Pour oil into the frying pan, heat it up to 80% hot, put in the crucian carp and fry both sides until golden brown;

3. Put the fried fish in a soup pot, add water, ginger and yellow lily;

4. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the soup thickens;

Ingredients needed: 1 pig's trotter, 150 grams of soybeans, 50 grams of mushrooms
