Bilateral breast nodules, category 3

Bilateral breast nodules, category 3

Breast nodules are a relatively common disease. There are many causes of breast nodules, such as cysts and breast hyperplasia. Type 3 breast nodules are likely to be adenomas, but there is no need to worry too much. They are generally benign. If the nodules are relatively large, they generally need to be treated surgically. It is best to go to a regular hospital for a detailed examination and then actively receive treatment.

Causes of breast nodules

1. Environment and genetics

Medicine believes that marriage, childbirth, diet, the external environment in which people live, and genetic factors are the main causes of breast disease.

2. Emotional instability

Long-term emotional instability in women can cause pigmentation, menstrual disorders, and the occurrence of breast nodules.

3. Endocrine disorders

Endocrine promotes breast growth and development through the secretion of estrogen. Once the endocrine system is out of balance or disordered, breast diseases and breast nodules may easily develop.

4. Other factors

In a rapidly developing society, women who are under excessive stress, overwork, and have an disharmonious sex life can develop hormone imbalances, which in turn cause breast nodules.

Breast nodules symptoms

1. Cyclic breast pain

At first, it is just a swollen pain, and the pain is concentrated on the upper outer side and upper middle part of the breast.

The pain intensifies before each menstruation and disappears after the menstruation. In severe cases, the pain persists before and after menstruation. Sometimes the pain spreads to the armpits, shoulders, back, upper limbs, etc.

2. Breast lumps

If you touch the breast gently, you will find a lump, which is hard, grainy and not smooth.

3. Nipple discharge

Some patients experience nipple discharge. The liquid is cool, colorless and in the form of a slurry. If the liquid is yellow with blood and the amount is large, you should go to the hospital for diagnosis.

4. Chest tightness and anorexia

Some patients will experience systemic symptoms such as bitter taste in the mouth, chest tightness, and anorexia.

Dietary taboos

1. Wine

Women who drink alcohol every day have a significantly increased chance of developing breast cancer.

To maintain breast health, please quit smoking and drinking.

2. Coffee, cocoa, chocolate

This type of food contains a large amount of xanthine, which can promote the occurrence of breast nodules.

3. Spicy condiments or foods

Ginger, garlic, pepper, leek, pepper, fried food, animal fat, sweets and too much tonic food will affect the body's metabolism and cause breast disease.

4. Foods or daily necessities rich in estrogen

Abuse of health products containing estrogen, long-term use of beauty cosmetics, breast enhancement health products for bodybuilding and breast augmentation, and long-term excessive use of estrogen by menopausal women are all causes of breast disease.
