After getting used to drinking green tea on an empty stomach in the morning, you must drink more than 400ml each time every day;

Sixth, you must eat a full meal every morning, and you must eat well and eat enough at noon. You can eat chicken, duck, fish and meat as much as you want. However, for dinner: first, it is best to eat less or no pasta (steamed buns, bread, noodles, biscuits, snacks, chocolate, etc.); second, it is best to eat less chicken, duck, fish, and meat; third, just eat well, don't eat too much. Because these three aspects of dinner are the most favorable conditions for growing meat, you must control them well to avoid excessive intake and cause the main reason of growing fat meat (fat meat) instead of tendon meat (lean meat);

Seventh, two hours after dinner, you can go out for a walk, do some push-ups, hang on the horizontal bar, parallel bars, or do handstands, push-ups, and sit-ups at home or in the dormitory. Exercise until your body gets warm, and then increase the amount of exercise after your body adapts. Note: Before you are 23 years old, you should not do weightlifting or high-intensity exercise (including push-pull bar, weight-bearing training, and squats), as this will affect your height and cause leg obesity.
