Cervicitis is a common disease among women of childbearing age, which is mainly divided into several types, acute and chronic. Generally, acute cervicitis is often accompanied by many kinds of lesions such as vaginitis and endometritis. It will also lead to an increase in the amount of leucorrhea, blood in the vagina, various secretions such as water, etc., which have a particularly great impact and harm. Regarding the obvious cervical blood vessels, this problem is also something that everyone has begun to pay attention to and needs special attention. Cervicitis is a common disease among women of childbearing age and can be either acute or chronic. Acute cervicitis often coexists with acute endometritis or acute vaginitis, but chronic cervicitis is more common. The main manifestation is increased leucorrhea, which is thick mucus or purulent mucus, sometimes accompanied by or mixed with blood. symptom 1. Acute cervicitis: increased leucorrhea, which is purulent, accompanied by low back pain and lower abdominal discomfort. 2. Chronic cervicitis: excessive vaginal discharge, which is milky white, mucous or contains blood, or bleeding during sexual intercourse, accompanied by vulvar itching, lumbosacral pain, and aggravation during menstruation. Guidance: There are many treatment methods on the market. The safest one is traditional Chinese medicine treatment such as Miaoling Cervical Decoction, as well as surgical physical laser treatment, etc., but surgery has great side effects. Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers in the human body. It not only ranks first among cancers of the female reproductive organs, but is also the most common cancer among various malignant tumors in women. However, there are obvious regional differences in its incidence rate. The occurrence of cervical cancer in my country is characterized by geographical distribution in that high-incidence areas are often connected into patches, and cities and counties with relatively high-incidence areas of cervical cancer in each province are also often connected to each other. The general trend is that rural areas are higher than cities, and mountainous areas are higher than plains. According to a retrospective survey of 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, the mortality rate of cervical cancer in my country ranks fourth among all cancer mortality rates and second among female cancers. The average age of cervical cancer patients varies according to reports from different countries and regions. In my country, the most common age of onset is 40 to 50 years old, with another peak at 60 to 70 years old. It is rare before the age of 20. Symptoms and signs 1. Symptoms Vaginal bleeding Young patients often present with contact bleeding, which occurs during sexual intercourse, gynecological examinations and after defecation. The amount of bleeding can be more or less, generally depending on the size of the lesion and the invasion of the interstitial blood vessels. The amount of bleeding is small in the early stage, and large bleeding occurs in the late stage when the lesion is larger. Once larger blood vessels are eroded, fatal bleeding may occur. Young patients may also present with prolonged menstruation, shortened cycle, increased menstrual flow, etc. Elderly patients often complain of irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause. Vaginal discharge Patients often complain of increased vaginal discharge, which is white or bloody, thin like water or rice soup, and has a fishy smell. In the late stage, due to the rupture of cancerous tissue, tissue necrosis, secondary infection, etc., a large amount of purulent or rice soup-like foul-smelling leucorrhea is discharged. Symptoms of advanced cancer Secondary symptoms appear depending on the scope of invasion of the lesion. When the lesion spreads to the pelvic connective tissue, pelvic wall, and compresses the ureter or rectum and sciatic nerve, patients often complain of frequent urination, urgency, anal distension, constipation, tenesmus, swelling and pain in the lower limbs, etc. In severe cases, it can lead to ureteral obstruction, hydronephrosis, and finally uremia. At the late stage of the disease, patients may become emaciated, anemic, feverish, and systemic failure. |
