You can use the medicine cup therapy: put 15 grams each of Qianghuo, Duhuo, Saposhnikovia, Papaya, Mulberry Branch, Chuanduan, Achyranthes bidentata, Eucommia ulmoides, Artemisia selengensis, Millettia reticulata, Chuanxiong, and Angelica sinensis into a cloth bag, add water and boil for 5 minutes, then put a small bamboo cup into the medicine juice and boil for 10 minutes. When using, use tweezers to pick up the bamboo cup and knock it directly on the inner and outer knee pits and Heding point of the affected side for 15 minutes each time, once every other day, and 10 times as a course of treatment.

A good living environment and living habits are prerequisites for giving birth to a healthy baby, so women who are planning to become pregnant should start adjusting their living habits and diet at least three months before pregnancy. 3. Pay attention to hygiene when bathing: During menstruation, you should take a shower, not a sitting bath. Do not bathe or wash your feet with plague water.
