There are two ways for women to give birth, one is natural birth and the other is caesarean section. No matter which way it is, it will cause certain damage to women's bodies, and the recovery time of caesarean section is longer than that of natural birth, because it takes a while for women's incisions to heal, and the incisions often hurt. Some women are even likely to have incision hyperplasia. So, is it good to have incision hyperplasia after caesarean section? What are the symptoms of postoperative wound hyperplasia? The skin lesions extend outward from the edges and become crab-like in shape. The skin lesions vary in size and shape, and are hard, like cartilage. The subjective symptoms are mostly itchy, painful, or burning sensations. Because the pain is so acute, it may be due to the sensitivity of nerve endings or the formation of microneuromas, and even the slightest touch of clothing may cause pain. The development is relatively slow, and most of them continue to grow larger. The epidermis and surrounding tissues of some scars are shiny and slightly white in color. There is rarely a phenomenon of spontaneous retraction, and malignant transformation may occur occasionally. Keloids are common on the chest, shoulders, neck, back and auricles, and are rarely seen on the eyelids, palms, soles of the feet and external genitalia. The disease is most common on the skin of women's chest. In addition to internal factors, it may be related to the weight of the breasts on both sides and respiratory movements. Clinical manifestations of hypertrophic scars: The scars are significantly higher than the surrounding normal skin and are locally thickened and hardened. In the early stage, due to capillary congestion, the surface of the scar appears red, flushed or purple. During this period, itching and pain are the main symptoms, and in severe cases, scratching may lead to surface ulceration. After a considerable period of time, the congestion is reduced, the surface color becomes lighter, the scar gradually becomes soft and flat, and the itching and pain are reduced and even disappear. The length of this proliferative period varies depending on the person and the site of the disease. How to treat postoperative wound hyperplasia Scar tissue may have varying degrees of subjective symptoms, which is most obvious in hypertrophic scars. These symptoms include itching, stinging or burning pain, irritability or local hypersensitivity, and some patients even have obvious tenderness.
