After fallopian tube embolization, the water will get bigger and bigger

Fallopian tube obstruction is a disease that usually only occurs in older women, and this disease can seriously affect women's reproductive function, so it must be treated actively. If the fallopian tube is blocked all the time, it may also cause some gynecological diseases and even cause edema in women. Many people will take surgical treatments, so what should I do if the water accumulation becomes larger and larger after fallopian tube embolization?

Hydrosalpinx is a common type of chronic tubal inflammation. Once the amount of hydrosalpinx is too large, it will cause fallopian tube and ovarian cysts, which will directly affect female infertility. It is recommended to go to a local tertiary hospital or above for examination. If the amount of hydrosalpinx is relatively small, conservative treatment can be used. The treatment method is the same as that of chronic salpingo-oophoritis, combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine for dialectical treatment. If combined with physical therapy, such as microwave and ultrashort wave, good therapeutic effects can be achieved. If the symptoms of hydrosalpinx are severe, the amount of water is large, or a large tubal ovarian cyst has formed, conservative treatment is generally not effective and surgical treatment should be considered.

1. Hydrosalpinx refers to the inflammation of the fallopian tube caused by pathogen infection, which leads to swelling of the endometrium, edema and exudation of the interstitial tissue due to the infiltration of inflammatory cells, shedding of the fallopian tube mucosal epithelium, and accumulation of secretions of mucosal cells in the lumen. Or, due to adhesion of the isthmus and fimbria due to fallopian tube inflammation, tubal pus is formed after blockage. When the pus cells in the lumen are absorbed, they eventually become watery liquid.

2. It is recommended to go to a local authoritative and regular hospital for examination and treatment. There are many ways to treat hydrosalpinx, including surgical treatments such as the American micro-guidewire, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, and the German KRAL three-mirror and one-wire treatment. You need to choose the appropriate treatment plan based on the specific situation of your fallopian tube. Scientific treatment can greatly increase the pregnancy rate.
