Alcoholic beverages. Alcohol dilates blood vessels and speeds up blood circulation. Therefore, try to avoid drinking alcoholic beverages such as red wine, plum wine, fruit wine, and white wine during menstruation.

In addition to boiled water and brown sugar water, women during menstruation can also choose some mild vegetable and fruit drinks, such as apple juice, mulberry juice, guava juice, or warm teas such as black tea, wolfberry chrysanthemum tea, etc.
