Can cervical cin2 be reversed?

CIN2 may be reversible and curable, but it may manifest as different results in different patients. After being diagnosed with CIN2, if the patient can have a positive attitude towards the condition, develop good habits in daily life, avoid bad lifestyle and diet such as drinking and smoking, staying up late, spicy food and high-calorie food, and exercise regularly, and the body's disease resistance ability is improved, then there is a possibility of reversing CIN2.

If the patient cannot correctly view these results, and develops various bad lifestyle habits such as irritability, excessive work pressure, smoking, drinking, staying up late, etc., which lead to a continuous decline in immune function, the possibility of reversal and cure of CIN2 level is very small, and it is possible to further develop into level 3.

CIN2 belongs to the advanced precancerous lesions of the cervix. It can be reversed clinically and can be transformed into CIN1 or CIN3. Therefore, it is recommended to intervene promptly for advanced lesions in clinical medicine. If the disease is not prevented from transforming into CIN1, the clinical risk will be greater, and timely treatment is recommended. Clinically, you don't need to have sex 3-7 days after the menstrual period is over. If there are no contraindications after laboratory and gynecological examinations, you can have a partial cervical removal surgery. Regular follow-up visits are necessary after the surgery to understand whether the original cervical epithelial cell disease has clinically recurred.

CIN2 is a high-grade precancerous lesion in clinical medicine. It is mainly treated by cervical cone excision surgery. It is recommended not to have sex within 3-7 days after the menstrual period is over. If there are no contraindications after examination, cervical cone excision surgery can be used for cervical erosion surgery. After the operation, the removed tissue must be sent to pathology for examination to determine whether the diseased tissue has been removed completely and whether there are other more advanced diseases. A follow-up visit 3 months after the operation will be conducted to determine whether the cervical epithelial cells have any malignant changes or high-risk HPV infection. If the test is positive in 3 months, another check will be conducted after 6 months.
