Breast fibroids have not grown for many years

Breasts are not only an external sign of gender, but they are also a source of food for the baby. If the baby frequently sucks the nipple, it will not only cause the mother's body shape to change and her breasts to sag, but also make her more susceptible to many diseases. Breast fibroids are a very common disease that often occurs in women with lifestyle disorders. An unharmonious sex life can easily lead to gynecological diseases in women, so they must develop good living habits in their daily lives.

1. Harmonious sex life can prevent breast fibroids. First, it can regulate endocrine, stimulate the secretion of progesterone, and increase the protection and repair of the breast. In addition, orgasm stimulation can accelerate blood circulation and prevent breast hyperplasia due to poor blood circulation.

2. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are good ways to prevent breast fibroids. Adequate secretion of progesterone can effectively protect and repair the mammary glands, while breastfeeding can make the mammary glands fully develop and degenerate well after weaning, making it less likely to proliferate.

3. Clinically, it is found that women with irregular menstrual cycles are more prone to breast fibroids than others. By regulating the endocrine system and menstruation, breast fibroids can be prevented and effectively resolved.

4. Regular sleep is not only beneficial to endocrine balance, but also provides a good environment for various hormones in the body to exert their healthy effects in a balanced manner. There is strength in unity, and the synergistic cooperation of various hormones can naturally defeat breast fibroids.

What are the symptoms of breast fibroids: Generally speaking, if there is sudden, persistent, and severe pain in the breast, accompanied by obvious tenderness, it can be considered as various infectious diseases of the breast; for example, if there is local throbbing pain, it may be that the local area has become purulent. If there is severe pain in the nipple, or the nipple is broken or cracked, it may be caused by the baby sucking and biting the nipple, resulting in nipple fissures. If the breast pain is only mild dull pain or aching pain, with no obvious pattern in the onset, and is only sporadic or paroxysmal, some may be persistent. Because the pain is not obvious, it is often ignored. You should know that such breast pain may be a signal of an early-stage breast disease and should be given enough attention.

In order to reduce the incidence of the disease, from the perspective of "sex", we can start from the following aspects:

1. Get married and have children at the right time. We should encourage late marriage and late childbearing, but not too late. It is best for women to get married at 28 and give birth before 30. Having children too late is not conducive to eugenics. Because women who have children later in life face more reproductive risks and disadvantages.

2. Take good contraceptive measures. Because at 6 weeks of pregnancy, the estrogen and progesterone secreted by the embryonic villi will stimulate breast fibroids. If an abortion is performed, the enlarged breast tissue is not easy to shrink, and even more difficult to restore to its original state, which can easily lead to lobular hyperplasia.

3. Have regular sex. For women, breasts are not only lactation organs, but also sexual organs. During sexual intercourse, the breasts undergo cyclical changes: during the sexual excitement phase, the breast veins become congested, the breasts become larger and fuller; during the sexual continuation phase, the mammary glands become congested and the nipples become erect; during orgasm, these changes also reach their peak; after orgasm, the mammary gland congestion quickly subsides, and after a quarter of an hour the enlarged breasts gradually return to their original state.
