When measuring, lift your breasts gently with your hands, as if you were wearing a bra. At this time, you can easily measure your actual chest circumference (around the fullest part of the chest at nipple level).

Measure the underbust circumference: Use a soft tape measure to measure horizontally around the bottom of the chest, which is the underbust circumference. Note: Those with sagging breasts should push their breasts up to the normal position for measurement.

AA cup: within 7.5cm

A cup: within 10.0cm

B cup: within 12.5cm

For example: your underbust measurement is 71, which is a size 70, and your upper bust measurement is 83. Subtract the two numbers and you get 12cm, which is a B cup. If the buckle on the back of a new bra fits properly, then it is a well-fitting piece of bra.
