How to jump rope to promote ovulation?

Nowadays, many women want to increase their ovulation rate in order to get pregnant, which will greatly increase the chance of pregnancy. Some women take various medicines and some folk remedies to promote ovulation, but some medicines will bring great side effects to women's bodies. In fact, many exercises can promote ovulation, such as skipping rope. As long as you master the correct skipping rope method, you can promote ovulation. So, how do you jump rope to promote ovulation?

Jumping rope to increase exercise can promote ovulation. Jumping rope can enhance the function of internal organs including reproductive organs and has certain effects.

Skipping rope can not only promote ovulation, but also prevent ectopic pregnancy. This is mainly because skipping rope can enhance the functions of internal organs including reproductive organs, and is an effective "fallopian tube gymnastics".

Some people have used precision instruments to monitor the ovulation process and found that jumping up and down can help the egg enter the fallopian tube opening more smoothly and accurately.

Traditional Chinese medicine recommends: During the ovulation period when conception is most likely, have sex every other day, for a total of three times for six days. During these six days, jump up and down 500 times a day. (You can also refer to body temperature and leucorrhea stringiness: from the day you discover stringiness, have sex every other day until your body temperature rises and then have sex again)

During ovulation, jump 500 times a day, before intercourse and not within twenty hours after intercourse, so as not to affect the combination of sperm and egg.

After ovulation, beat 200 times a day until five days before the next menstruation. (If the cycle is long, you can also stop after the eighth day of high temperature)

At other times, jump 200 to 500 times each time, three days after each menstrual period and five days before the next menstrual period (you can finish it in one day).

Let you jump up and down every day: one is to improve the peristaltic function of the tube and reduce the chance of ectopic pregnancy; the other is based on clinical experience, having JM jump up and down when monitoring ovulation can encourage the egg to be released on the side with the tube.

When is ovulation?

A woman's ovulation date is generally about 14 days before the next menstrual period. Starting from the first day of the next menstrual period, counting down 14 days or subtracting 14 days is the ovulation day. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after the ovulation day are called the ovulation period. For example, a woman's menstrual cycle is 28 days, and the first day of this menstruation is December 2nd. Then the next menstruation will be on December 30th (December 2nd plus 28 days). Subtract 14 days from December 30th, and December 16th is the ovulation day. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after it, that is, December 11-20, is the ovulation period.

This is because the egg can survive in the fallopian tube for 1-2 days after being released from the ovary, waiting for fertilization; the male's sperm can maintain its fertilization ability for 2-3 days in the female's reproductive tract, so it is easy to get pregnant through sexual intercourse a few days before and after the egg is released. Therefore, to be on the safe side, the 5 days before and 4 days after ovulation, together with the ovulation day, a total of 10 days is generally called the ovulation period. Since it is easy to get pregnant during sexual intercourse during the ovulation period, the ovulation period is also called the fertile period or the dangerous period.
