Penis discharge after erection

Penis discharge after erection

The male reproductive organ in adulthood is a very mysterious area. It is very likely to encounter various changes in this reproductive organ. It will feel unfamiliar at the first time, especially when the penis is stimulated, it will cause ejaculation due to sudden excitement, so there will be symptoms of water discharge, which is also a normal phenomenon.

Penis discharge after erection

After being sexually stimulated, the penis will naturally prepare for ejaculation due to sexual excitement. Just as women secrete fluid to lubricate the vagina, men's bulbourethral glands also secrete bulbourethral gland fluid to lubricate the urethra and glans. This is mainly to prepare for ejaculation to prevent the urethra and glans from drying out, preventing normal ejaculation, or causing pain during ejaculation.

When boys enter puberty, with the increase in the secretion of male hormones, their "sexuality" begins to awaken. The stimulation of hearing, vision, smell, touch, thinking, imagination, etc. related to sexual content can excite the cerebral cortex, and the stimulation is transmitted through the thoracic and lumbar erection center of the spinal cord, acting on the corpus cavernosum of the penis, causing the arteries to dilate and a large amount of blood to flow into the corpus cavernosum of the penis; the veins to contract, and the blood flow out of the corpus cavernosum is reduced.

In this way, blood is fully retained in the rich blood vessels and sinuses in the corpus cavernosum, causing the penis to erect. Boys who have just entered puberty are curious about sexual stimulation and are more sensitive than adults. Therefore, they tend to have erections more easily than adults, and the duration and frequency of erections are also higher than those of adults.

The discharge of fluid is a normal physiological phenomenon. When a man's penis is erect, the corpus cavernosum swells, pressing on a gland in the penis called the paraurethral gland, causing its secretions to squeeze out and hang at the urethral opening. This secretion is the male's prostatic fluid. It does not contain sperm. Its physiological function is to lubricate the glans and prepare for sexual intercourse. This happens to any man when he is sexually excited and has an erection.
