As for patients who suffer from "vaginal flatulence" due to vaginal inflammation, Chinese medicine considers it to be "lower-burner damp heat", which is often accompanied by symptoms such as bitter taste in the mouth, dry mouth, thick yellow tongue coating, red tongue, and low back pain. At this time, you can take "Er Miao San" and "Ba Zheng San" which contain Phellodendron chinense and Atractylodes macrocephala.

How to prevent and treat "vaginal blowing"?

Director Feng said that first of all, we must pay attention to postpartum conditioning and take some Chinese medicines that invigorate qi, strengthen the spleen and promote blood circulation to allow the birth canal to recover as soon as possible; in addition, we must pay attention to the cleanliness of the vulva and avoid unclean sexual life to prevent infection with bacteria; in terms of diet, we can take foods that strengthen the spleen, such as Codonopsis pilosula, Poria cocos, Chinese yam, tangerine peel, lentils, etc., and drink chicken soup frequently. Chicken soup has the effect of strengthening the body and is very beneficial for the recovery of the mother's body; finally, keep the bowels open.
