Gentiana 10g, Scutellaria 10g, Moutan Cortex 15g, Lonicera 30g, Forsythia suspensa 15g, Sophora flavescens 10g, Atractylodes 10g, Allium sibiricum 10g, Phellodendron 10g, Artemisia capillaris 10g, Raw Licorice 6g. If heat is excessive, add Raw Gypsum 30g and Imperata cylindrica 30g; if constipation occurs, add Raw Rhubarb 10g (added last).

2. Chronic eczema. The skin lesions are thickened, keratinized and ruptured, or there are scratches and blood scabs. They recur repeatedly and do not heal for several years. They are often accompanied by weight loss, pale tongue with white coating, and deep and fine pulse.

Treatment: Nourish blood and dispel wind, remove dampness and moisten dryness

Prescription: Xiaofengsan or Siwu Xiaofengsan with modifications. 30g of raw rehmannia, 15g of white peony root, 10g of angelica root, 20g of salvia miltiorrhiza, 15g of Millettia reticulata, 10g of white moss peel, 10g of Kochia scoparia, 10g of Radix Dipterocarpa, 30g of Poria peel, 10g of Cnidium monnieri, and 6g of raw licorice. Decoction in water, one dose per day, divided into two doses.

3. TCM treatment of anal eczema - dampness-suppressed spleen and stomach type

Most of them are subacute eczema, with dark red, light red or no red skin lesions, not many blisters, but fluid infiltration, poor appetite, sallow complexion, loose stools and little urination, white and greasy tongue coating, and slippery pulse.

Treatment method: Strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness, nourish blood and moisturize the skin.

Prescription: Chushi Weiling Decoction with modifications. Atractylodes 15g, Atractylodes macrocephala 15g, Poria 15g, Poria 20g, yam 15g, raw coix seed 30g, plantain 10g, Alisma orientalis 15g, Cynanchum cyrtonema 30g, tangerine peel 10g, Artemisia capillaris 10g, raw licorice 6g. For those with poor appetite, add Patchouli and Cymbidium; if there is a lot of exudation, add Polygonum multiflorum and Sophora flavescens.
