Are there granules in a girl's vagina?

Are there granules in a girl's vagina?

Nowadays, women no longer stay at home to take care of their husbands and children. Most women are very independent. However, strong work pressure and life pressure can easily lead to diseases in women. Some women have granular substances in their vagina. This situation is likely caused by gynecological inflammation infection. If you want to confirm the diagnosis, it is best to go to a regular hospital for examination, actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment, and take medication under the doctor's guidance.

Gynecological inflammation mainly has the following symptoms:

1. Vaginitis: The main symptoms are increased vaginal discharge and vulvar itching, or burning, pain, and pain during sexual intercourse. The discharge is typically thin, purulent, yellow-green, frothy, and has a foul odor. If combined with urinary tract infection, there may be frequent urination, painful urination, and sometimes hematuria.

2. Cervicitis: Some cases are asymptomatic, while those with symptoms include increased vaginal discharge, which is mucopurulent. The stimulation of vaginal discharge can cause itching and burning sensation in the vagina, and symptoms such as intermenstrual bleeding and bleeding after sexual intercourse may also occur. In addition, there are often lower urinary tract symptoms, such as urgency, frequency, and pain when urinating. Gynecological examination revealed cervical congestion, edema, and mucosal eversion, with purulent secretions flowing out of the cervical canal. The cervix was tender, brittle, and easily bleeding when touched.

3. Adnexitis: Adnexitis can be divided into acute and chronic. Acute adnexitis is accompanied by symptoms of abdominal pain and fever; chronic adnexitis is accompanied by symptoms of abdominal pain, increased leucorrhea, etc. Chronic adnexitis is one of the causes of female infertility.

4. Pelvic inflammatory disease: acute and chronic. The acute disease has an acute onset and develops rapidly, with symptoms such as high fever, abdominal pain and distension, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, headache, etc. Chronic symptoms include general fatigue and lack of energy, which are especially severe during menstruation and after sexual intercourse.

Causes of gynecological inflammation

There are many causes of gynecological inflammation, which may be due to physical mechanical damage, stimulation of chemical elements, biological infection, or secondary infection caused by weakened resistance of the internal and external reproductive tract due to allergic reactions.

1. Physiological pollution

Physiological pollution is generally caused by inattention to life details in daily life. Such as neglecting personal hygiene during menstruation, such as using unclean sanitary products, not changing sanitary products for a long time, not using sterilization care solutions for care, or having sexual intercourse, etc. Or in daily life, you wash socks, outer clothes, trousers, etc. together with underwear, or you don’t change and wash underwear frequently in winter, etc. These reasons can easily lead to vaginal infection.

2. Physical damage

Physical damage is mainly caused by tight underwear causing pressure and congestion on the vagina, or accidental injury due to strenuous outdoor sports, or it can be caused by frequent or rough sexual intercourse. Childbirth, abortion or other uterine surgery may also cause vaginal or cervical injury and inflammation, or secondary bacterial infection.

3. Chemical stimulation

Gynecological inflammation caused by chemical stimulation is often a secondary damage during the treatment of chronic gynecological inflammation. For example, using a high concentration of acidic or alkaline bactericidal treatment solution to flush the vagina to treat genital tract infections, or using care solution during menstruation or after sexual intercourse to irritate the vagina, causing the vaginal mucosa to corrode and become inflamed and infected.

4. Biological infection

Biological infections are mainly caused by imbalance of bacterial flora in the reproductive organs. If antibiotics are used in large quantities, changes in endocrine hormones in the body can easily cause an imbalance of bacterial flora in the reproductive tract and lead to infection. In addition, the reproductive tract may be infected with viruses, Chlamydia trachomatis, Gonorrhea, Trichomonas, etc., which may damage the health of the reproductive tract and cause gynecological inflammation of varying degrees.
