Properly control the amount of water in the body. "Excess water" is the enemy of women with cold body. Excess water intake will accumulate in the body, and water will absorb calories. Cold body can lead to decreased kidney function which is responsible for drainage, thus causing a vicious cycle, and excess water can also become a cause of lower body obesity.
