1. Correct use of pelvic correction belt

Women who have given birth naturally can use a pelvic correction belt to correct pelvic deformation 2 to 3 days after delivery. Women who have had a cesarean section have to wait until the wound heals before using a pelvic correction belt, which is usually seven days after the operation. When using the pelvic correction belt, do not tighten it too much. It should be moderately tight.

The pelvic correction belt cannot be worn all the time. It should only be worn during the day, and should not be worn for more than eight hours a day. You need to take it off when you go to bed at night to let your body return to a relaxed position. And when wearing it, you must pay attention to the wearing position, mainly covering the pubic symphysis.

3. How long should the pelvic correction belt be used?

Wearing it for about eight hours a day is enough to improve the deformation of the pelvis, but you must pay attention to using it every day.
