My period is delayed for two months without pregnancy

It is normal for women to have their periods every month, but if a woman suddenly stops having her periods, she will start to worry whether it is caused by irregular menstruation. But if the menstruation is delayed for too long, people will think they are pregnant. So let's find out together, what is the reason why women are not pregnant after their menstruation is delayed for two months?

What are the reasons for delayed menstruation for two months without pregnancy?

If you find that your period is delayed and go to the hospital for a check-up and find that you are not pregnant, and if the secretion increases but there is nothing abnormal, then you don't need to worry too much. Generally speaking, too much emotional stress can also cause endocrine imbalance and irregular menstruation. Patients with scanty menstruation and delayed menstruation often suffer from symptoms such as sore waist and weak knees, nausea, depression, insomnia, memory loss, fatigue, and sallow and dark complexion.

Reason 1: catching a cold. If women catch a cold during their menstrual period, they will have too little menstrual flow or even amenorrhea, so they should pay attention to preventing cold and moisture, and avoid rain. The key is to keep warm. You can also eat more onions, winter melon, ginger slices, etc., which can have a certain effect on irregular menstruation.

Reason 2: Work pressure. Long-term psychological depression, bad mood, etc., in this case, we need to relieve psychological pressure, we can do whole body exercise, such as jogging, swimming; we should also eat some things that have the effect of relieving pressure, such as bananas, apples, corn, etc.

Reason three: gynecological diseases. Gynecological diseases can cause the menstrual period to be interrupted, and endocrine problems, such as growth hormone problems, can cause amenorrhea after two months of interruption, which will cause problems over time.

Reason four: spiritual factors. Mental factors can also delay menstruation. Abnormal mental states such as mental stress, anxiety, worry, grief, and heartbreak can also delay menstruation.

How long does it take to detect pregnancy?

Generally speaking, the biggest change in a woman's body before and after pregnancy is the change in growth hormone. When a woman becomes pregnant, the embryonic hcg trophoblast cells secrete human chorionic gonadotropin, which inhibits ovulation in the uterus and ovaries and stimulates the formation of the embryo by promoting luteinizing hormone and estrogen. It can be detected through the corresponding pregnancy test method.

First, use a clean, dry container to collect urine, remove the test strip from the original foil bag of the pregnancy test paper, and use it within one hour as soon as possible after removal. Next, hold the test strip and place the end with the arrow mark into the container containing urine. Take it out and put it aside after about three seconds. Observe the result of the pregnancy test paper within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

If two dark purple bands appear and one is within the detection area, we call it the T zone. The other one appears in the quality control area, which we call Area C. At this time, the pregnancy test paper shows a positive result, which means that you are already pregnant. If the result shows only a dark purple band in the quality control section, and no dark purple band appears in the detection section, the result is negative, which means there is no pregnancy. If the result shows that there is no dark purple band in the quality control section, it means that the result is invalid, which may be caused by incorrect operating procedures or the experimental reagent strip has already become moldy and damaged.
