Constipation after transplantation. Because progesterone drugs are needed to preserve the fetus after IVF transplantation, and patients tend to be more sedentary than active, have a more meticulous diet, and have reduced intestinal motility, which can sometimes lead to constipation. When the condition is mild, it can be corrected by adjusting the diet structure, such as eating more vegetables and fruits, a high-fiber diet, exercising moderately, and avoiding excessive bed rest.
