7. Paraurethral gland cysts are mostly located around the urethral opening in the vestibule of the vagina and are small in size. Microscopically, the epithelium covering the cyst wall is often transitional epithelium, and residual paraurethral glands can be seen in the wall.

8. The vulvar round ligament peritoneal process vaginal cyst is located on the front side of the vulva and the inner surface of the labia majora. The cyst originates from the peritoneum and contains clear peritoneal fluid.
