Classification of vulvar ulcers

1. Subacute vulvar ulcer

Ulcers often occur after scratching or when rashes break out. They are generally superficial, but the pain is intense, and they are accompanied by fever, general malaise, and swollen inguinal lymph nodes, but most of them can be cured. Subacute vulvar ulcers caused by Behcet's disease are mostly severe, with severe swelling at the ulcer site, uneven ulcer edges, digging, severe pain, and yellow pus on the ulcer surface, or the formation of pseudomembranes.
