Why do I have my period twice in ten days?

Menstruation is a normal menstrual cycle for female friends. If any abnormality is found, it is very likely that there is a problem in a certain part of the body, and the cause must be found and treated in time. Having menstruation twice in more than ten days is considered irregular menstruation.

Irregular menstruation is a common gynecological disease. The main manifestations are early or delayed menstrual cycle or abnormal bleeding, or abdominal pain and systemic symptoms before menstruation or during menstruation. The cause of the disease may be organic disease or functional disorder. Many organic diseases such as blood disease (thrombocytopenia), hypertension, endocrine imbalance, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, hydatidiform mole, hyperprolactinuria, tumors (such as uterine and ovarian tumors, uterine fibroids), breast adenosis, tuberculosis (fallopian tube tuberculosis, uterine wall tuberculosis), inflammation (chronic endometritis, chronic bilateral salpingo-oophoritis), etc. can cause menstrual disorders.

Symptoms of irregular menstruation

1. Early menstruation Early menstruation refers to a shortened physiological cycle, shorter than 21 days, and it lasts for more than 2 cycles. It belongs to the ovulatory type of functional uterine bleeding. The ovulation period is two-phase body temperature, the follicular phase is short, only 7 to 8 days, or the follicular phase is shorter than 10 days, or the body temperature rises by less than 0.5℃.

2. Delayed menstruation: Menstruation is delayed for more than 7 days, or even 40 to 50 days, and it continues for more than 2 menstrual cycles. For those who ovulate, the body temperature during the ovulation period is biphasic, but the follicular phase is longer and the high temperature phase is slightly lower; for those who do not ovulate, the body temperature during the ovulation period is monophasic.

3. Long menstruation: The menstrual cycle is normal, the menstruation is long, and the menstrual period exceeds 7 days or even 2 weeks. People with inflammation usually have lower abdominal pain, which is aggravated during menstruation. They usually have a lot of leucorrhea, which is slightly yellow or white-yellow, thick and has a smell. Those with incomplete corpus luteum contraction are also accompanied by heavy menstrual flow; those with increased uterine wall repair still have a small amount of continuous vaginal bleeding after the normal menstrual period.

4. Menstrual disorders also include menstruation being often advanced or delayed, with a cycle shorter than 21 days or longer than 35 days.

5. Changes in facial expression

Menstrual disorders are usually caused by disorders of the internal organs, imbalance of blood and qi, or deficiency of qi and blood. Women with menstrual disorders often have changes in lip color or complexion. According to the experience of experts, the complexion of women with menstrual disorders generally has the following changes, which are also called the early symptoms of menstrual disorders:
