What if my breasts don't have nipples?

Breasts are located in the upper body of the human body. Some people have big breasts and some have small breasts. Many people dislike their small breasts and go for cosmetic surgery. This type of surgery is generally dangerous. Whether during or after the surgery, if there are various diseases in the breasts, such as breast cancer, etc., the breasts need to be removed to prevent the worsening of breast cancer. So why don’t breasts have nipples?

No nipple should be inverted nipple. Inverted nipple means the nipple is buried in the breast, which is called inverted nipple. Although the breasts of young women are bulging, the nipples of some of them have never become erect and are still buried in the breasts. They are troubled by this and when they go to the public bathroom to take a bath, they are afraid that others will see that they have no nipples on their breasts, so they dare not take a bath. As long as we take some corrective measures in time, we can make most of the inverted nipples protrude and restore the beautiful appearance of the breasts.

Inverted nipple means that the entire nipple is hidden in the breast. The nipple may be level with the breast, or it may be lower than the skin plane of the breast and areola, but the direction of the nipple is still facing forward or slightly tilted. A common cause of inverted nipples during puberty is when the breasts are developing. Using bras too early. Some young women are afraid that their breasts will grow too big, so they use bras that are too tight or hold them tightly with cloth strips, which affects the development of the breasts and presses the nipples that should be protruding inside the breasts, preventing them from developing and growing normally. In addition, if the breast is inflamed or damaged during development, the local

Scar contracture of nipple tissue can also cause nipple retraction. Inverted nipples affect the beauty of women's breast lines. More importantly, they affect children's breastfeeding. If the inversion is severe, it may also cause mastitis due to the accumulation of dirt or bacteria. Therefore, inverted nipples must be corrected in a timely manner. Common methods include: (1) Choose a bra of the right size: Avoid and correct the bad practice of binding the breasts. A bra that is too small and too tight will compress the breasts and affect breathing. Because women mainly breathe through the chest, a bra that is too tight is like a rope around the chest, restricting breathing movements and further aggravating inverted nipples.

(2) Pulling method: When you find that the nipple is inverted, you should use your fingers to gently pull the inverted nipple outward every morning and evening. While stretching, gently massage the nipple with your thumb or index finger for 5-10 minutes each time.

(3) Squeezing method: Use a smaller bra or a 10 cm wide strip of cloth to make a hole the size of the nipple at the position of the nipple. Put on the bra or the strip of cloth to squeeze the nipple outward. Keep doing this for a while and the inverted nipple will become prominent. You can also put a walnut shell or a small porcelain wine holder on the nipple, wear a bra, and apply pressure for a period of time, and the nipple will become protruding.

(4) Negative pressure method: You can buckle the barrel of a syringe or the thick end of a glass eye drop bottle onto the nipple, connect the thin end to a rubber tube and then to a large syringe, and draw air forcefully to create negative pressure in the bottle, thereby deeply compressing the tissues around the nipple and causing the nipple to bulge. After removing the bottle, combine stretching and massage.
