The symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are relatively vague, which is why more and more patients cannot tell whether they have this disease. In fact, after it happens, patients will experience nausea and vomiting, and even a small amount of vaginal bleeding. This is very common, but for patients in more critical conditions, it is not just that, it may also directly lead to shock and fainting. Ectopic pregnancy can also cause nausea. The clinical manifestation of ectopic pregnancy is first a history of amenorrhea. There are no obvious abnormalities in the early stages. If the ectopic pregnancy sac ruptures, there will be only a small amount of vaginal bleeding in the early stages, which will be continuous and there will be mild abdominal pain. If the ectopic pregnancy is in the late stage, there will be severe abdominal pain and intra-abdominal bleeding, which will cause shock and endanger life. Early features of ectopic pregnancy 1. Menopause. If menstruation does not come during the due period and there are early pregnancy reactions such as nausea and vomiting, the pregnancy test may be positive. 2. Abdominal pain. In the early stage, there may be dull pain on one side of the lower abdomen. This is caused by the expansion of the fallopian tube due to the development of the embryo. The spasmodic lower abdominal pain is extremely severe, which can make the patient turn pale and break out in cold sweats. This is caused by spasmodic contraction of the fallopian tube and can be relieved on its own after a while. Severe lower abdominal pain, like tearing, accompanied by a feeling of defecation, is caused by rupture and bleeding of tubal pregnancy. 3. Fainting. The patient may suddenly faint and feel dizzy and vertigo after waking up; in mild cases, the patient may not fall but only feel dizzy and vertigo. This is caused by excessive intra-abdominal bleeding, reduced blood supply to the brain, and cerebral anemia. 4. Pale complexion. In a short period of time, the face becomes pale as paper, accompanied by dry mouth, palpitations, fear of cold, and fatigue. This is a sign of heavy intra-abdominal bleeding and impending shock. 5. Vaginal bleeding. When menstruation stops for about 40 days, there may be a small amount of vaginal bleeding. Among the above symptoms, amenorrhea, early pregnancy reactions, dull pain on one side of the lower abdomen or paroxysmal cramping pain are early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy. Just like normal pregnancy, women with ectopic pregnancy may experience amenorrhea and nausea and vomiting. Ectopic pregnancy, also known as ectopic pregnancy, refers to the abnormal pregnancy process in which the fertilized egg implants and develops outside the uterine cavity, with fallopian tube pregnancy being the most common. Inflammation in the fallopian tube lumen or its surroundings often causes poor patency of the lumen, hindering the normal operation of the fertilized egg, causing it to stay, implant and develop in the fallopian tube, leading to miscarriage or rupture of the fallopian tube pregnancy. There are often no obvious symptoms before miscarriage or rupture, but there may also be symptoms of amenorrhea, abdominal pain, and a small amount of vaginal bleeding. Once ruptured, symptoms include acute and severe abdominal pain, repeated attacks, vaginal bleeding, and even shock. Women who are too obese cannot get a clear diagnosis due to multiple tests, which can easily delay treatment and pose a serious threat. If you are not considering becoming a mother for the time being, you must use good contraception. Good contraception can fundamentally prevent the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy. At the same time, attention should be paid to timely treatment of reproductive system diseases, attention to hygiene during menstruation, delivery and postpartum period, and prevention of reproductive system infections. Go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible after menopause to determine the location of the pregnancy. Obese women are advised to keep their weight within a reasonable range before pregnancy. |
