The ovulation period is a very critical moment. Mastering the ovulation period can bring a lot of help to women. During the ovulation period, there will still be some changes in the female body. For example, there will be certain changes in the female body temperature during the ovulation period. However, many women are not very clear about how to measure body temperature during ovulation, and they don’t know whether there is any regularity in body temperature changes. Do you know the regularity of body temperature changes during ovulation? Regularity of body temperature changes during ovulation The period before ovulation is the ovulation period, when the uterus and ovaries secrete estrogen, and the body temperature during ovulation is mostly passive and below 36.6°C. After ovulation, progesterone is produced in the uterus and ovaries, and progesterone metabolizes estrogen. Estrogen has a thermoregulatory effect on the central nervous system, raising the basal body temperature by 0.3-0.5℃. The rise in body temperature continues until 1-2 days before the onset of menstruation, when it begins to drop. In this way, the change of ovulation body temperature in a physiological cycle with ovulation shows a two-phase curve. The non-ovulation period may occur 2-3 days before and after the body temperature drops, that is, any time when the body temperature begins to drop, drops to the lowest value or begins to warm up. Regularity of daily body temperature changes The human body temperature fluctuates throughout the day. Generally, the human body temperature is the lowest in the morning when you just wake up and have not moved or eaten. This is called ovulation temperature. The body temperature will rise to a certain extent after meals, activities or when you are emotionally excited during the day. The body temperature at noon will be higher than in the morning, but no matter what the fluctuation is, it is within the normal range. Even if there is a short-term increase, it will quickly return to the normal level. The normal body temperature of the human body is measured under the armpit and is between 36-37 degrees Celsius, so whether it is the body temperature during ovulation or the body temperature during daytime fluctuations, it is generally within this normal range. If the body temperature continues to exceed 37°C, fever should be considered, and if the body temperature continues to be below 35°C, hypothermia should be considered. How to calculate ovulation period 1. Method of measuring body temperature during ovulation period. That is: the body temperature measured when the body wakes up after a long sleep (usually in the morning) and before any activities or talking is the ovulation temperature. Under normal circumstances, the body temperature of pregnant women during ovulation is lower in the first half of the menstrual period and lower during ovulation. It may suddenly or slowly rise by 0.3-0.6℃ within 24 hours to a few days after ovulation. Therefore, it is best to measure the ovulation temperature from the first day of menarche, adhere to the daily measurement, and record it on coordinate paper for observation and analysis. 2. Method for calculating menstrual date. That is: It is believed that each ovulation period should be about 14 days before the menarche, so the 5 days before ovulation - 5 days after ovulation is called the "ovulation period". However, this method is not very reliable because most women's menstruation is not so regular. In comparison, the first two methods are more reliable, but they are somewhat inconvenient. I believe that many people already have a certain understanding of how body temperature changes during ovulation. Generally speaking, it is normal for the body temperature to be slightly higher or lower during ovulation, but too high or too low requires attention. For women, they must always observe whether their ovulation period is regular. If they find anything uncomfortable, they must go to the hospital for examination immediately. |
