How to eliminate lumps caused by breast hyperplasia?

The breasts of women are very important parts of the body. In today's society, due to various reasons, women will have many breast diseases, among which breast hyperplasia is the most common. Breast hyperplasia occurs in women of different age groups and has different symptoms. However, almost all patients will experience breast swelling and pain. In addition, lumps will appear in the breasts. At this time, they can be eliminated through the following methods.

First, Chinese medicine treatment

Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is the preferred treatment method for patients with breast hyperplasia. Traditional Chinese medicine follows the basic principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment, combines the different characteristics of patients with breast hyperplasia, and adopts systematic, personalized, and specific medication for specific conditions and targeted treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine has the special effects of regulating endocrine, replenishing Qi and blood, improving Qi and blood circulation, softening and dispersing nodules, and it has long-lasting effects, treats both the symptoms and the root causes, has no side effects, and has a solid therapeutic effect and is not prone to recurrence. A breast expert from Ziyuantang National Medical Center said that Chinese medicine treatment can not only be used alone to treat breast hyperplasia, but can also be used in conjunction with surgery, acupuncture and other treatment methods to treat breast hyperplasia.

Second, Western medicine treatment

Western medicine is widely used in clinical practice because it is generally symptomatic treatment. However, one disadvantage of Western medicine that cannot be ignored is its large side effects. Female friends with breast hyperplasia in particular should pay more attention to the side effects of Western medicine. There is also hormone therapy in Western medicine. Some people use androgens to treat this disease to inhibit the effects of estrogen, soften nodules, and relieve symptoms. However, this treatment may aggravate the imbalance of hormones in the human body and is not suitable for routine use. It should only be considered when the symptoms are severe and affect normal work and life.

Third, surgical treatment

Breast experts do not recommend surgical treatment unless the condition is serious or there is a possibility of cancer. Surgical treatment is generally not used. Surgical treatment causes extensive damage, only treats the symptoms but not the root cause, is prone to recurrence, and requires a recovery period after surgery, which is difficult to accept. However, for patients with more severe breast hyperplasia, if a lump is found that grows rapidly or becomes hard in a short period of time, the possibility of cancer should be highly suspected, and a biopsy or simple breast resection should be performed if necessary. If cancer cells are found in frozen sections during surgery, the patient should be treated as having breast cancer.

Fourth, massage method

Use the hypothenar or thenar eminence of your palm to apply pressure to the affected area, and gently knead the red, swollen and painful areas. If there are lumps, knead them repeatedly several times until the lumps become soft. Or use the five fingers of your right hand to grab the affected breast and knead it, grabbing and releasing it, repeating this process 10 to 15 times. Use your left hand to gently pinch the nipple several times to dilate the milk ducts. It should be noted that the massage force should be appropriate and the direction should be accurate, which can better relieve symptoms such as breast pain caused by early breast hyperplasia.
