What to do if you have severe insomnia during breastfeeding

2. Folk remedies for treating severe insomnia :

5. 1 pig heart, Panax notoginseng, and honey. Wash the pig heart, cook it with Panax notoginseng, and add honey after the pig heart is cooked. Eat meat and drink soup.

6. Chinese jujube seed powder, green tea. Brew green tea and drink it before 8 am in the morning, and avoid drinking tea after 8 am. Take 10 grams of Chinese jujube seed powder before going to bed at night. Use with caution in women with hypertension, tachycardia, habitual constipation and breastfeeding women.

7. Boil coptis root, donkey-hide gelatin, raw oyster, tortoise shell, pine nut seed, raw rehmannia root and spiny jujube seed in water and drink.
