Causes of early menstruation

Causes of early menstruation

Early onset of menstruation is one of the symptoms of irregular menstruation. The normal menstrual cycle is about 28 days. If the menstrual cycle is always more than 7 days early, or even comes twice in a month, this is called "early menstruation." If it is only 3 to 5 days earlier and there are no other obvious symptoms, it is within the normal range. Sometimes, an early menstrual period does not count as an early menstrual period. So what is the reason for early menstruation? Is it normal to have my period 10 days earlier?

Taking birth control pills to bring your period forward

In fact, many men and women often choose not to wear condoms in order to improve their sexual experience, and in order to avoid the formation of "fruits of love", women usually take birth control pills to prevent future troubles. However, taking birth control pills is usually very harmful to women's bodies. After all, it mainly works by inhibiting ovulation and changing cervical mucus to make it difficult for sperm to pass through, or reducing the production of glycogen in the uterine glands to make it difficult for the embryo to survive, or changing the movement of the uterus and fallopian tubes to block the transport of sperm and egg. The "working" principle of emergency contraception often causes problems with menstruation, and early menstruation after taking birth control pills is one of the biggest problems. Emergency contraception causing early menstruation is also something that needs attention. We can discuss this issue below.

5 days before menstruation

With the increase of today's pressure and the accelerated pace of people's lives, many modern women have irregular menstruation, and early menstruation is one of the major problems. So what adverse effects will be caused by menstruation 5 days earlier? In fact, early menstruation is caused by many reasons, so is irregular menstruation. It is difficult for us to diagnose one of the reasons, but in fact, there is a valid time limit for early or delayed menstruation. As long as it does not exceed this time limit for a long time, it is normal for menstruation to come a few days earlier. And menstruation 5 days early is also considered within the normal range, but the reasons that cause menstruation 5 days early need to be discussed, and see what can be done to restore the menstrual period.

Ten days before menstruation

Menstruation coming in advance more than ten days refers to a woman's menstruation coming about ten days earlier each month, or even having two periods each month, which is also called advanced menstruation. People with weak qi and blood generally have many blood strips with light red color and clear and thin texture, mental fatigue, chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations, a feeling of emptiness in the lower abdomen, pale face, pale tongue, and weak pulse. With the development of society, people's pace has become busier and busier. Many people have no time to rest properly due to work or other reasons. Various reasons have caused women to have their menstruation more than ten days in advance.

Nowadays, women are more and more concerned about the situation of menstruation coming in advance by more than ten days. In fact, there are many reasons for menstruation coming in advance by more than ten days, such as excessive psychological pressure, endocrine abnormalities, body shaping, etc. We must find out the reasons why menstruation comes in advance by more than ten days according to our own specific situation, and then solve it according to the symptoms, and never turn a blind eye to the problem. Of course, if your period suddenly comes a dozen days early, don’t worry too much. There are many diet and medication methods to help us treat and improve it.

How to bring your period forward

If women need to bring their period earlier, we recommend that they take the following approach:

1. Take luteinizing hormone. Women can take a small dose of luteinizing hormone one month before their menstrual period to prevent the onset of menstruation, and then stop taking the medicine seven days before their menstrual period, so that their menstrual period can be scheduled to arrive on that day. Using this method to make menstruation come early will cause less harm to women's bodies, and small doses of lutein will not cause excessive damage to the uterus and ovaries. The disadvantage is that some preparation is required in advance.

2. There are two ways to bring forward the menstrual period: the remission type and the rapid type. The remission type is to take a small dose of luteinizing hormone one month before the menstrual period to prevent the onset of the menstrual period. Stop taking the medicine until 7 days before the menstrual period, and the menstrual period can be classified as coming on that day. The rapid type means to add a large amount of luteinizing hormone at one time, which is also called the menstruation-inducing injection, to make the endometrium thicken and shed earlier. The menstrual period will come 3 or 4 days after the injection. The injection should be given 7 to 10 days before the estimated menarche date. If the menstrual period still does not come after the menstrual injection, it may be that the luteinizing hormone supplement is not enough, or you are pregnant, or there may be other diseases, which should be further treated.

3. For those with regular menstruation, you can start taking the contraceptive pill 3-5 days before your period, one pill every night, and continue taking it until the period ends. Your period will come 3-5 days after you stop taking the pill.

4. Take the "21 7" short-term contraceptive pill 7 days before your period. If you take the pills every day, you will not have your period easily and it can also be a contraceptive measure. You can stop taking the pills when your period comes.

In addition, some women are eager to bring their period earlier. For this matter, a rapid method can be adopted, which is to supplement a large amount of luteinizing hormone at one time to thicken the endometrium and shed it earlier, thereby bringing forward menstruation. However, this method is very harmful to women's bodies and is generally not recommended.

I believe that after reading this article, everyone has a certain understanding of how to make menstruation come early. It should be noted that luteinizing hormone cannot be taken casually. It requires a certain time and dosage. If it is used incorrectly, it may lead to unpredictable adverse effects. Therefore, women who want to bring their menstruation earlier should go to a regular hospital, use luteinizing hormone under the guidance of a doctor, and bring their menstruation earlier appropriately.
