Girls have thinning hair? One move can make it thicker!

If a girl has thin hair, it will not only affect her personal appearance, but also easily lead to split ends and yellowing of hair, which will greatly affect the health of the scalp and hair roots. You can usually apply ginger or garlic to the scalp. Since ginger is rich in gingerol, applying it to the scalp can effectively promote blood circulation in the scalp, stimulate the hair follicles to grow new hair, and make the hair thicker.

For external use

1. Apply garlic externally: Garlic tastes spicy and is warm in nature. It can eliminate wind, break cold, calm and relieve itching. It is a sulfur-containing plant volatile oil that can excite the mind, stimulate blood circulation and induce sweating.

2. Apply ginger externally: Ginger contains gingerol, which can excite nerves, dilate skin and mucous membrane blood vessels, and improve blood circulation. You can squeeze juice from fresh ginger, use a small brush dipped in the ginger juice to brush the bald areas, 3 times a day.

3. Wash fresh Eclipta prostrata, squeeze out the natural juice, and rub it on the affected area 3-5 times a day.

4. Dry the Platycladus orientalis leaves in the shade, grind them into powder and apply it externally with sesame oil.

5. Glycerin red garlic juice: Peel fresh red garlic, crush it and take out the juice. Mix the garlic juice and glycerin in the ratio of 3:2 and apply it to the hair loss area. 6. Apply the pinellia tuber with vinegar.

6. Take 50g of raw Chuanwu powder, mix with vinegar and apply externally, once in the morning and once in the evening;

7. Soak 15 grams of grapefruit seeds in boiling water for half an hour and apply to the affected area;

8. Add 30g of Cordyceps sinensis to 100ml of white wine, soak for a week, filter the juice, and apply it to the affected area, 5 times a day;

9. Hibiscus wine: 9 cane flies, 30 grams of hibiscus peel, 12 grams of camphor, 300 ml of white wine, soak for 2 weeks and then apply externally.

How to grow hair

Use fragrance-free, color-free shampoo

Many shampoos on the market contain synthetic surfactants, which have strong cleaning power but can easily damage the scalp. It is best to choose a weakly acidic shampoo that does not contain additives such as pigments, fragrances, preservatives, etc. to reduce irritation to the scalp.

Lather before shampooing

Before applying shampoo, comb out the dirt between your hair and scalp to reduce the amount of shampoo you use. Make rich foam on your palms before applying shampoo to your hair.

Massage to relax your scalp

The scalp is the "soil" on which hair grows. If the scalp feels dry and hard, the hair will lack nutrition and fall out. Massaging your scalp can help relax you and improve blood circulation, thereby preventing hair loss. When massaging, use your fingertips to apply appropriate force, push and rub the entire scalp back and forth, and do this for at least 15-20 minutes every day.

Use a hair dryer and switch to cold air when it is 70% to 80% dry

Wet hair is a breeding ground for bacteria, so make sure to dry your hair as soon as possible after washing. When using a hair dryer, keep it 20-30 cm away from your hair and do not blow it at one place for a long time. When the hair is 70% to 80% dry with hot air, switch to cold air to protect the scalp and set the hair.

Eat more tomatoes and citrus fruits

Smoking is harmful and has no benefits. It affects blood circulation in the scalp and is not conducive to hair growth. You should try to quit smoking. People who really cannot live without tobacco should pay attention to eating more tomatoes, citrus fruits and other fruits to supplement vitamin C.

Don't eat before bed

Overeating, picky eating, eating fast food, etc. are all bad for hair health, especially keeping an empty stomach before going to bed, otherwise it will affect blood circulation and accelerate hair loss.

Go to bed before 10pm

From 10 pm to 2 am, the metabolism of hair matrix cells is active, which is the "golden period" for hair growth. Therefore, it is best to go to bed before 10 pm.
