Cervical erosion is a common gynecological disease, but many female friends do not pay enough attention to it. If mild cervical erosion is not treated early, it will develop into moderate cervical erosion. For moderate cervical erosion, the more common treatments include medication and physical therapy, and patients also need to cooperate with the doctor's advice and regulate their bodies. 1. Drug treatment: Apply medication into the vagina, but this method is not effective for moderate or severe cervical erosion. 2. Physical therapy: Use phototherapy, freezing, laser, electrocautery and other methods for local treatment of the cervix. This method may cause slight damage to the local cervix and sometimes affect the dilatation of the cervix during delivery. For women who have never given birth and suffer from cervical erosion, cervical laser treatment can be performed after giving birth if it does not affect pregnancy and is not complicated by acute infection. 1. Electric ironing: Use a special electric iron to burn the eroded surface tissue, causing it to necrotize and fall off, and the ironing must reach a certain depth, so that the treatment effect is good. 2. Cryotherapy: Use a special rapid freezing device to freeze, necrotize and fall off the diseased tissue on the cervical erosion surface. The commonly used cryogen is liquid nitrogen, which can reduce the temperature of the cryostat to -196 degrees Celsius. It is placed on the surface of the cervix to freeze the eroded tissue, causing it to necrotize and fall off, and then new epithelial tissue will grow. It can be cured in 1 time. There are generally no adverse reactions, and a few patients experience mild dizziness, lower abdominal pain, etc. 3. Laser treatment: Use carbon dioxide laser therapy device more often, and use a special laser treatment head to irradiate the cervical erosion tissue, so that the eroded tissue will carbonize, inflame, and fall off, and then grow new squamous epithelium. Generally, it can be cured in one time. There was no special discomfort during the operation, but a few patients experienced bleeding during the dementia removal. 4. KS instrument treatment: It uses special band light and heat treatment and is painless. The effect is good. During the treatment with the above methods, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the vulva. Living, vaginal douching and sitting bathing are prohibited. Regular check-ups should also be conducted to observe the healing of the erosion surface. 3. Surgical treatment: It is generally suitable for cervical inflammation that develops into cervical hypertrophy, cervical polyps and other cervical lesions, but the worst consequence of this method is that it can lead to infertility. Special reminder: After suffering from cervical erosion, you must not take medicine blindly, because if women take some medicines indiscriminately, not only will they fail to effectively control the disease, but it may also aggravate the condition. At the same time, women need to note that drug treatment of cervical erosion is only suitable for patients with early-stage cervical erosion. If a woman suffers from severe cervical erosion, the only treatment is surgery. |
